About the Business
Bill opticians began in May 1972 when Mr and Mrs Bill bought the longest established optical practice in Newton Abbot from optometrist Mr AB Stewart. The practice had been in Newton Abbot since the 1930's. The Bills built up loyal following of customers for twenty-five years, and carried out over 100,000 eye examinations. In 1999 they were joined by their sons, James a contact lens practitioner and Charles an optometrist.
Now in a modern stylish practice we have the luxury of a large show room with a vast range of spectacles to suit everyone, from budget and children's ranges to exclusive designs by the world's most famous brands.
We have multiple consultation rooms with the latest equipment to ensure your eye examination is more accurate than ever before.
