About the Business
We are opticians providing home visits throughout Barnsley, Rotherham and Sheffield. Simon Mann has energy, enthusiasm and many years of experience. Having qualified in 2000, he has worked in various settings including high street practices, charity clinics for Vision Aid Overseas, hospital optometry departments and domiciliary practices. Simon is a fully registered dispensing optician with the General Optical Council, Association of Optometrists, College of Optometrists, Association of British Dispensing Opticians and local NHS organisations.
We support the Age UK charity and are proud to receive their accreditation to provide eye care for their clients throughout Barnsley, Rotherham and Sheffield. We believe that visual problems are no longer an inevitable consequence of ageing. Eyecare in any setting should focus on prevention, early detection and timely access to treatment. Many people live with sight loss even though all they need is a new spectacle prescription.
