Memory Opticians is the only independent optician in the UK with identical twin optometrists who are dedicated to caring for your vision. John and Martin Memory are the practice owners and optometrists at Memory Opticians. They qualified at Aston University in Birmingham and now offer their vast expertise to residents of Wiltshire. Together, they opened their first practice in Amesbury in 1982, and their second practice in Salisbury in 1995.
They now own three successful high street practices in Wiltshire. The twins' love for art and design is epitomised in the practice designs that are inspired by Scottish architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh and neo-classical influences. The Salisbury practice building dates back to the 17th century and is grade II listed. It offers clients a fresh and exciting environment unlike any other opticians practice.
