About the Business
Walk down any high street in Britain and you will find that most optical practices are owned by large corporations or multiple groups. Our directors (registered opticians John and Catherine Pike) are in attendance and we only employ qualified staff to carry out eye examinations and dispensing. All of our opticians are registered with the General Optical Council and undertake continuing education courses to make sure their skills are kept up to date.
We learn their optical history, the style of frame which suits them best and even how their children are getting on at school! Although we pride ourselves in offering the very latest technology, a wide and varied choice of products and highly competitive pricing, we always remember that each client is an individual, not a number.
