About the Business
My practices aims to deliver the highest standard of optometric eye care possible for all our patients, and to that end I have acquired the Optomap Retinal Examination systems, located at my practice in Frinton on Sea and Earls Colne.
The Optomap Retinal Examination is a quantum step-up in eye care. It enables the Optometrist to view up to 200° of the retina, over 3x as much as the older method and see it all at once. The retinal image is first captured by the scanning laser ophthalmoscope (pictured here with the patient in position) Then, using specialist software, it is viewed together with the patient on the computer screen.
