About the Business

Other areas of responsibility include resource development, policy development, audit work and education of nursing staff, medical staff and dietetic students. I attend regular courses/meetings and read the current literature as part of continuous professional development.
Aside from the hospital work I have abstracted the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, given career advice at local schools, and written articles in local newspapers, I have liaised with the editorial team for the manual of dietetics on various topics.
